Henry J. Elliott Efficiency Trophy Winners

 The Henry J. Elliott Efficiency Trophy (the Gold Bell presented at each District Convention) was donated to the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District by Past Kiwanis International President Henry J. Elliott of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
 
The purpose of the award is to motivate club of our District to becoming more proficient in rendering personal (not check-writing) service.
The trophy is awarded to the best "all around" club regardless of membership size. At the same time Elliott presented this bell to our District, a similar award was presented by Past District Governor Daniel S. Wentworth to Elliott's home district in Canada.
 
The clubs of Illinois-Eastern Iowa still compete for the Henry J. Elliott Memorial Bell Trophy. The rules governing these contests form the basis for the present Kiwanis International Annual Report Awards. Past club winners of this award are as follows:
